What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is an integrated science which allows us to “ask” our bodies what is or is not good for us. In accordance with the book:- Your Body Doesn’t Lie by John Diamond, M.D.

Your body will only tell the truth, regardless of what you may consciously think. It is based on the knowledge that each major muscle in the body corresponds directly to an organ in the body. This same concept is the basis for reflexology and acupuncture.

The testing method is as follows: Have the subject stand erect with one arm at his side and the other held out parallel to the floor, elbow straight. Face the subject and place one hand on his shoulder and the other on his outstretched arm just above the wrist.

Test for strength by pushing down on the subject’s outstretched arm while the subject resists your push. Remember, you are testing the spring and bounce in the arm.

If the subject tests strong, i.e you are not easily able to push his arm down, you are then ready to test the effect a particular substance (a vial, food, herb, vitamin, and so forth) will have on the subject. This a serious endeavour.  Sobeity, is important and there should be no joking around or you may be subject to error.

Place the item you are testing in the hand of the arm which is down by the subject’s side. NOW try pushing down on the subject’s outstretched arm. If it holds, that item is good for the subject. If you are able to push the subject’s arm down, that item is not good for the subject.

The same concept applies to asking questions with “yes” or “no” answers. This procedure is used by numerous physicians confirm illnesses and their subsequent treatments
