What
is Shaitsu?
Japanese
medical therapy, where the patient is massaged firmly over certain
areas of the body to stimulate the flow of body patterns and so
bring harmony to them. The healing art of shiatsu uses physical
pressure and meridian stretches to work on the bodys energetic
systems to promote health and spiritual well-being. Shiatsu is not
only used for remedial purposes, but can be used to aid the prevention
of disease
